A refreshing lemonade juice has 15 teaspoon of sugar, a twist of lemon in mineral water-no added sugar!
A mocha latte can have up to 50g of sugar/12 teaspoon! Switch it up with coffee+steamed milk+cocoa powder and you cut some sugar.
